Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)
Importance: Very High
Comments: Performs as a tranqulizer and is important for proper brain funcion 

Vitamin B complex injections
Importance: Very High
Comments: Vitamin B are essentail for the functioning of the nervous system. 

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
Importance: Very High
Comments: Vitamin B are essentail for the functioning of the nervous system. 

Vitamin B12 and/or
Importance: Very High
Comments: Vitamin B are essentail for the functioning of the nervous system. 

Vitamin B Complex
Importance: Very High
Comments: Oral supplements should be taken wither in addtion to the injections or by themselves, if the injections are not available. 

Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5)
Importance: Very High
Comments: The Thymus Gland need an anti-stress vitamin. 

Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids
Importance: Very High
Comments: Important to the adrenal gland function. Stresses depletes the adreanal gland's anti-stress hormones. 

L-Tyrosine
Importance: High
Comments: Essentail for reducing stress on the body. A powerful and safe sleeping aid. Also good for depression. 

Calcium

Comments: Disappears when stress is present. 

Magnesium
Importance: High
Comments: Highly stressed individuals commonly have a deficiency and may result in anxiety, fear, and even hallucinations.
